DIGITAL PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital downloads delivered electronically, all sales are final once the digital file or download link has been delivered or accessed. Digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please review each product description carefully before purchasing. Purchasing a digital product does not include a physical journal, workbook, or other physical item unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

We want you to receive the product you purchased. Please contact us if:

• You do not receive your download email or cannot access the download link
• The downloaded file is missing, damaged, or unreadable
• You receive the wrong file
• You are accidentally charged more than once for the same product

Contact us at blessedandbold143@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to restore access, provide a replacement file, or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided for:

• Changing your mind after purchase
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Failing to read the product description or compatibility information
• Lack of access to a printer, PDF reader, or compatible device or application
• Downloaded or accessed files that function as described

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right required by applicable law.
